Project Appleseed Class Pricing

Staffed by all-volunteer cadre of professional instructors, our class prices are the best value in the industry. To ensure you have a spot in the course, we encourage you to pre-register early. Online registration ends 24 hours prior to the event. If you miss the deadline, we do accept walk-on registrations if space is available.

Our pricing, transfer, and cancellation policies were updated in 2017 and again in 2020.

Pricing: The pricing on this page is current for MOST events. There are some areas where pricing is a little higher or lower. Some of our older literature may be outdated. Please refer to this page as a general guide for pricing.

Transfer: A one-time transfer to another event can be requested in the event of an emergency or work related issues. Requests for transfer must be made at least 48 hours before an event begins. There is a $10.00 transfer fee per ticket transferred. To request a transfer, contact us.

Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, we will notify you immediately and offer you an opportunity to transfer your ticket or receive a refund.

As of 2017, we discontinued free tickets. In the past, more than 60% of the free tickets we provided went unused, which kept people on our waiting lists from attending their desired events.

* Under 18 may be required to show proof of age

* An additional range fee may be required at some locations

Range Fees: An additional modest fee may be charged at some locations by the range. Range fees are collected at check-in. Your event information page will detail any range fees.

Special Note for Instructor Boot Camps. An IBC concentrates on teaching instructors and potential instructors how to teach at an Appleseed. The emphasis is on how to teach — not how to shoot. Each student at an IBC must already know the fundamentals of how to shoot and have a desire to teach with Project Appleseed.

We encourage all Appleseed volunteers to attend an IBC every 12-18 months. If you are not a volunteer but want to be, you may sign-up if you have attended a 25m event and shot a Rifleman score. If you do not meet these qualifications, you will need a waiver from the IBC event leader to attend this event.
